We want our customers to thoroughly clean their premises before our disinfection. Pre-cleaning gives greater reach and surface contact to a disinfectant. Our disinfection includes two treatments:
Misting
We use an Ultra-Low Volume (ULV) mister to spray disinfectant into the air. The micron-sized disinfectant particles of the in-air kill microorganisms on contact. We swab high-contact surfaces like doors and handles with disinfectant.
Wipe off treatment
After misting, we spray the high-contact surfaces a second time with disinfectant.
After our treatment, we request our customers to prevent people entry for one hour for disinfectant action. we stick notices showing the time of our service and the time we want customers to re-enter their premises. Disinfection or sanitization tis a one-time service and carries no warranty, as introducing a fresh load of microbes can re-contaminate treated premises.

Why are rodents a threat?
Rodents eat almost everything, including seeds, grains, meat, feces, or anything readily available. Therefore, you can find rodents on all premises, from homes to factories, hospitals, offices, or any place where they can find food and shelter.
Rodents damage materials and furniture, contaminate food, and spread diseases. They may cut electric wiring, which can lead to an electrical short-circuit. In addition, they carry vectors of pet diseases such as mites, ticks, and fleas.
How can you find rodent infestation?
If you spot droppings or evidence of gnawing, grease marks, tracks of foot marks, hear scurrying sounds or squeaking in walls, smell a musky scent, find burrows, or see dead rodents, you can be sure of rodent infestation in the vicinity.
How to solve a rodent problem?
If you locate a rodent within your home, it is best to contact a pest management professional to ask them to identify and remove it. The presence of one rodent within a home could signal a widespread infestation. Royal Star Service provides the best pest control to tackle rodents as part of its rodent control service.
